What Syncs
Products, orders, attributes, multi-store
Product Sync
Full Magento product catalog with pricing, stock levels, categories, and custom attributes — kept in sync as your storefront evolves.
Order Sync
Sales orders flow into Voorcast for revenue tracking, margin analysis, demand forecasting, and reorder recommendations.
Multi-store ready
Multi-store, multi-website Magento setups are first-class. Track demand and stock across storefronts without merging or losing context.
Custom Attributes
Map Magento custom attributes to Voorcast fields automatically. Use them in cost rules, segmentation, and per-product forecasting overrides.

Built for Magento merchants
First-class Magento 2 support
Most modern forecasting tools have skipped Magento and gone all-in on Shopify. Voorcast was built knowing that Magento merchants run real, complex catalogues — multi-store, multi-attribute, often with years of order history. The integration treats Magento as a primary platform, not a checkbox.
- Multi-store and multi-website storefronts handled natively
- Years of order history ingested for forecasting accuracy
- Custom attributes flow through to cost rules and segmentation
- Works alongside Picqer for warehouse fulfilment
Custom Attribute Mapping
Magento attributes become Voorcast logic
Magento stores rich data in custom product and order attributes — supplier codes, pack sizes, country of origin, brand, channel tags. Voorcast discovers them automatically, lets you map them to internal fields, and uses them in cost scheme rules, segmentation, and analytics.
- Automatic attribute discovery on first sync
- Flexible type conversion and field transforms
- Use any attribute as a cost-rule input
- Segment forecasts and reports by attribute value

Forecasting & profitability
Demand forecasts and true margins on Magento data
Magento handles your storefront. Voorcast adds the intelligence layer — stock predictions per SKU, reorder recommendations sized to your forecast and supplier behaviour, and margin analysis after shipping and payment costs. No more spreadsheet exports.
- Stock-level predictions per product, decomposed from your sales history
- Reorder recommendations sized against forecast and lead time
- Profitability per order after shipping, payment fees, and commissions
- Stockout risk scored continuously, not flagged on a fixed schedule
Frequently asked questions
Which Magento versions are supported?
Magento 2, both on-prem (Open Source) and Adobe Commerce. Magento 1 is not supported.
Does Voorcast support multi-store / multi-storeview Magento?
We support multiple storeviews within a single Magento instance — orders, prices, and inventory roll up correctly across them. We do not sync from multiple separate Magento instances at once; you would need to consolidate or pick the primary instance.
What data does Voorcast pull from Magento?
Products, orders, customer groups, stock, prices, and custom attributes.
Does Voorcast write back to Magento?
No — Magento is read-only from Voorcast's side today. Purchase-order writeback is Picqer-only.
How does Voorcast know our shipping and payment costs in Magento?
You configure rules once in Voorcast and we apply them to your Magento orders — shipping carriers, payment fees, commission schemes, and so on.
How are custom product attributes handled?
We pull all custom attributes; the field-mappings UI lets you transform or normalise them.
